 I AM El Morya, having come to you this day!
 I have come today to sum up a certain work done so far and to outline our plans for the future.
 In whole we are satisfied with the work performed on the physical plane. We are very glad and we greet the warriors of light of all the world who responded to our call and helped us to accomplish the plan – building of the Ashram of our messenger, starting up a civic organization and a publishing house.
 We are very delighted!
 However, I have come for you not to relax, since everything done so far is just a very initial, first little step in the right direction. Do not think that everything has been attained. Much more than you have done is still waiting ahead. And I must warn you that further movement will be associated with greater and greater difficulties. Thus, all your vigilance and all your attention will be required.
 We are entering the stage that can palpably show that the world as a whole is making for the wrong way, the way of satisfying the ego, the way of attachments, the non-divine way.
 That’s why what we are doing with the help of our messenger and with your help and participation can be disliked by very many people: those who do not desire any changes, who got used to acting in old ways. 
 And consolidation, uniting on new principles of all warriors of light who are ready into a single world Community becomes indispensable.
 On the physical plane you can build settlements and even create free-standing villages. All is in your hands. But always remember that the key issue is forming the Community in the spirit.
 Karmic circumstances are not favourable for everyone. Not all of you can put on a girdle and start on a journey at the first summons. Unfortunately, that karma, those karmic obligations that you have to your family should be solved and untied first thing.
 You must not have debts to society and settle in our Communities. You must not push aside your children and rush your head off into the future.
 You won’t make a decent community member without solving your family problems and your inner problems. 
 Yes, we need a model, a pattern to follow on the physical plane. But to organize this model clean hands and pure hearts are needed.
 Any spot on your clothes will be multiplied in minds of ignoramuses and they will be telling all over the world how untidy you are and how you fail to keep clean even you clothes.
 That’s why of primary concern becomes the problem of finding those who are ready and who by their past incarnations have already proved their devotedness to the Great White Brotherhood and in this incarnation they have succeeded not to encumber themselves with an excessive karmic burden.
 Such community members are capable of forming the Community backbone, and on their arrival at the Community all others will be eager to follow the models in behaviour, in conducting affairs and keeping the house developed by these pioneers.
 You are to start from scratch. There are no models we could recommend to imitate. There is a theory, whole volumes in developing communities, but there is nobody to implement these guidelines into practice.
 I will stand guard over my Community and I will be with you in all your affairs. I will be able to stand up for our stronghold, for our outpost on the Earth. But all this said does not mean that you should rely heavily on me and on God in everything. You will have to roll up your sleeves and to perform all necessary work on the physical plane by yourselves.
 I will provide you support in the thinner plane. I will defend you of encroachments of those possessed by malicious entities and flying into a rage at mere mentioning the Community. But it is you who will have to put up these raging ones into hospitals and who will have to worry about keeping safe the Community from such inhuman monsters.
 I warn you what can be and what obstacles can come across on your way.
 Thus, do not celebrate the victory when you have not come out into the field for a battle yet. You may not reach your destination.
 It is too early to repose on one's laurels and to muse on rest. Our affair is in full swing. And all your vigilance, promptness and efficiency are required for you not to drop a brick and not to get stuck in the cobwebs of bureaucratic and functionary tricks.
 Now the battlefield has moved to officials’ rooms, to courts and inspectorates. Therefore you will be required having a knowledge of laws, knowledge of case administration. 
 It was simpler when everything was settled in the battlefield. The enemy was facing you and looking you straight in the eye. Now you are smiled at by everyone, but they do their deeds of evil in their sleeves. And you do not know in what room a snake of envy or a scorpion of revenge is lurking.
 The time of training is over; the time of practical classes in action yoga is ripe.
 Show what you are capable of and the way you keep covenants of the Masters in the fuss of everyday routine and in the bureaucratic muddle.
 There is much for you to do ahead. Nothing similar has been intended yet. 
 There exists a plan and it is to be accomplished!
